Welcome to Mac's Munchies (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Ordering & Shipping

  • All of our products are freshly baked to order.

  • Orders typically take 14 days to ship from the date of purchase (This Does Not Include Saturdays & Sundays, we will contact you via email if we are expecting any delays with your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • If you require your order for a certain date within the 14 day timescale please contact us directly to see if we are able to accommodate.

2. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are only available if the product is unopened and remains in its original packaging.

  • If you wish to request a refund, you must contact us within [14] days of receiving your order.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, we advise to send with Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For to Ensure we receive the return.

  • Any orders which have been customised / personalised are non refundable / returnable. 
  • Raw Treats are non refundable / returnable due to the nature of the product.

3. Damaged or Broken Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us directly at [macsmunchies@outlook.com]within [48 hours] of delivery.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

4. Product Information & Allergies

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We strive to provide accurate ingredient information, but customers are responsible for checking for potential allergens before purchase.

  • We use 100% Natural Peanut Butter, Coconut oil, Water & Chickpea Flour, A specially Formulated K9 Icing Powder & Vegan Food Colourings.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any adverse reactions your pet may have to our products. Please consult with a veterinarian before introducing new treats into your pet’s diet.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

  • We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
